Our guarantee is offered on all products that have been used in the manner they were intended and does not apply to any products that have been mis-used or abused in any way. If any Kitchen Works part is found to be faulty, simply return it to us immediately with proof of purchase (merchant receipt or installer invoice) and we will send you a replacement within 48 hours.
